I am not a huge coffee drinker however when the heat hits Brisbane in January/February this Protein boosted Ice Coffee shake is a winner !
It is a fantastic alternative to the ice coffee drinks you find in supermarkets and petrol stations that are jam packed with sugar.
Simply add the following to a shaker or blender :
- 1 cup of Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 cups of Ice
- 1 -2 shots of coffee or 1 -2 teaspoons of instant coffee
- 1/2 cup of filtered water

Then simply whizz it all up in a blender or if add it to a shaker and shake away !
This is my go-to shake most mornings. I can also be made with decaf coffee or without any coffee added.
