<h4>The Choose Your Own Adventure Mezze Plate</h4>
<p>Is a fabulous solution ! It simple, easy, delicious and most importantly meets many prenatal and postpartum nutritional requirements. Best of all it was designed by our resident Pregnancy Nutritionist Georgia Marrion.</p>

<h4>Lunchtime, Snack Time or Anytime Mezze plate</h4>
<p><strong><em>(1 serve)</em></strong></p>
<h4><strong>Ingredients : </strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>4 olives of choice</li>
<li>6-8 wholegrain crackers</li>
<li>4 cherry tomatoes (halved)</li>
<li>6-8 capsicum sticks</li>
<li>6-8 carrot sticks</li>
<li>6-8 squares of cheddar cheese</li>
<li>¼ cup nuts of choice (almonds, brazil nuts, cashews)</li>
<li>¼ avocado</li>
<li>1 tablespoon Greek or coconut yoghurt</li>
<li>1 teaspoon lemon juice</li>
<li>Salt and pepper</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Method :</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare vegetables by washing and chopping into sticks.</li>
<li>Mash avocado, yoghurt and lemon juice together and season as desired.</li>
<li>Assemble vegetables, olives, crackers, cheese, nuts and dip on plate.</li>

<h4>Pregnancy and Postpartum Meal Tips</h4>
<p>This is really a create your own adventure mezze meal plate depending on what you have in the fridge and what you feel like eating. If you prefer other vegetables or dips feel free to change it up you can also add nuts.</p>
<p>If you are preparing meals for your baby or toddler for an outing make sure you also prep a little mezze style plate in a lunch box for yourself. That way, you can ensure you also have something nutritious ready for you to prevent any cravings&#8230;.which always strike when bub falls asleep in the car and you end up doing laps around the neighbourhood !</p>
<p>This mezze is also an easy pregnancy meal or snack to take out or to the office. Snack on what you can if you are struggling with nausea !</p>
