- Due to COVID-19 we will be running our next round of postpartum sessions virtually
- Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance to exercise
- 45 min work out each week, for 6 weeks.
- Deep core rehab focus with specialised pilates moves
- Pelvic floor exercises that go way beyond just Kegels
- Strength, functional movement and safe cardio with fun music !
- Restore your body and mind through movement, mindset and wellness
- Connect with new Mamas virtually with similar age babies
- Your baby can be with you in the session
- Lead by a certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist and Mama of 3
- Ask questions, get personalised modifications
- Exercise anytime /as sessions will be recorded.
- Support a small biz
Sessions will be coached by
Fully certified and experienced Pregnancy + Postnatal Exercise Specialist.
