This unique group fitness program will ensure you learn how to return to exercise safely and effectively after birth:
- Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance to exercise
- 45 min workout each week, for 6 weeks with 15 min connection and question time
- Deep core rehab focus with specialised pilates moves
- Pelvic floor exercises that go way beyond just Kegels
- Strength, functional movement and safe cardio with fun music !
- Restore your body and mind through movement, mindset and wellness
- Connect with new Mamas with similar age babies
- Your baby can be with you in the session, non crawling bubs please.
- Lead by a certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist and Mama of 3
- Ask questions, get personalised modifications
- Support a small biz

Sessions will be coached by
Fully certified and experienced Pregnancy + Postnatal Exercise Specialist.
