Also learn how to fuel yourself with no dogma. I work closely with expert Nutritionist Georgia Marrion, who specialises in women's health so you can discover how what you eat matters at a cellular level to nourish your hormones, body and mind and restore your core.
My goal is to empower you to use exercise and nutrition as ways to connect to your body rather than just tools to change it. Also to push you in ways that keep you meeting your body exactly where you’re at while preventing common pregnancy and motherhood injuries including diastatis recti, back pain and pelvic floor dysfunction.
