- “Lose weight and you will lose the postpartum pooch”

- “Go hard or Go home”
I bet you have heard at least one of them in a group class right ?
And while that may work for some, 95% of women I meet and train have not had that experience.
The saddest thing...
Even if they did see temporary results - long term concerns also occurred.
Unfortunately, unregulated fitness industry teaches many coaches and instructors about every muscle in the body …except a major muscle group, the pelvic floor, which is actually the foundation of the WHOLE core.
Also too many diet” & exercise programs are based on male biomechanics & don’t account for female hormone. Cutting calories and too many intense workouts can spike your cortisol which switches off fat burning. Hence why so many women get stuck in the exercise more and eat less “hangry” cycle and never see results.
This needs to change as..
- At least 85% of women will have a baby in their lives so pelvic floor knowledge (beyond Kegels) is essential
- Core training is not just "ab work" - that includes crunches and planks
- Workouts don't need to always need to leave your red faced and exhausted to get results

My goal is to empower you to use exercise and nutrition as ways to connect to your body rather than just tools to change it. Also to push you in ways that keep you meeting your body exactly where you’re at while preventing common pregnancy and motherhood injuries including diastatis recti, back pain and pelvic floor dysfunction.
